Our Story
Our story began humbly in the living room of our founder over 30 years ago. He had nothing more than a vision, passion, and a relentless determination to create a sustainable business that supported his family and realized his dream of business ownership. He began to build a client base of individuals and businesses that valued the services he provided, even if their paperwork had gravy or ketchup stains on it from the previous night's dinner. In 1984, Bauer officially opened up an office in downtown Carmel, Indiana sharing office space with a maid service company. The hand painted Bauer sign was raised for the first time and Bauer has been a staple of the Carmel business community ever since. We were known as Bauer and Company, Inc. during the early years and even though our official name periodically changed what remains is Bauer's commitment to excellence in service to our clients.
